Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a simple exchange process for you.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the item within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please visit any of our outlets or send the item back to our e-commerce warehouse along with the original receipt or invoice.

Conditions for Exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Products that are opened, damaged, or without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
The new item must be of equal or higher value. If it’s higher, you’ll need to pay the price difference.

Return Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, wrong, or missing item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process.

Eligible Return Conditions:

Product has a major quality defect
Product was damaged during delivery
Wrong product, size, or color delivered
Product lost during shipment

Returns must include the original invoice and all tags intact. Once we receive and verify the product, we will issue you the credit for the product amount (excluding any shipping or return delivery charges).

Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for the return delivery charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
